How can I make returns or exchanges?
Articles are accepted for credit, exchange in the US if returned in saleable condition within seven days from date of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Cost of postage and insurance cannot be refunded.
What shipping options are available on www.pngjewelers.com?
We are only able to accept online orders for shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to any international location. To ensure secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Items shipped to Hawaii may cost more than the standard rate and overnight delivered may not be available. Please see our policy concerning ‘Shipping’ for more details.
